**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training or certification is a plus.- Previous experience as a home health aide or personal care aide is desirable.- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are often required.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and families.- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
