**Job Title: Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aide**

**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility support, including assistance with walking and exercise.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to specific dietary needs and preferences.
- Monitor and record clients' health status, including vital signs and changes in condition.
- Facilitate light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Offer companionship and support emotional well-being through engaging activities and conversations.
- Help with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health care plans.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding clients' needs and care plans.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and supporting clients.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
